Fighting the Effects of Gravity by James Robinson Jr

Fighting the Effects of Gravity: A Bittersweet Journey Into Middle LifeFighting the Effects of Gravity: A Bittersweet Journey Into Middle Life by James Robinson, Jr.
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What would the main character be likely to do if s/he visited out classroom? I can see Robinson in a classroom full of 5-6 year olds. Would they run screaming or would they all look at him like he was crazy? Would he have them laughing with stories about Santa Claus, or just laughing because they did not understand anything he spoke.

Compare two of the characters in this book. James before mid-life: a young healthy, buff male ready to take on the world; James during mid-life: a not-so young male wondering what happened to his body

If you could only save one character from the book in the event of a disaster, which one would it be and why? Sorry James, we all have to face mid-life and growing older. I enjoyed every moment. So glad to know that you are enjoying this experience.

What did you enjoy about this book? Robinson’s humorous take on life.
